Shipping and Paperwork

We ship our product worldwide. To ship it, we band it tightly with the corners protected, and we protect all the product with wrap. When we ship overseas, we use containers. We fill the space with air bags to prevent the product from shifting inside the container.

Packing priority

Our entire product is packaged with these two considerations:

1. We pack as compactly as possible to minimize the shipping space.
2. We try to group the pieces by assembly order or category.

Lift map

Even though we try to group the parts for you to minimize time spent looking for or handling the parts, it is always hard to organize the parts perfectly because of shipping space. Our solution for finding parts is to provide a lift map. You can find the pieces on paper before you open the package.

Assembly drawings

We provide a full set of assembly drawings. The drawings for assembly, the numbers, and the locations have to be clear in the drawings. Each house is unique, so it is hard to set the format in this drawing. We give careful thought to creating these drawings every time.
